Any questions?
How long does delivery take?
After you add your details and press Generate, the video is created automatically. It is usually ready in a few minutes.
You can wait on the panel or close it. We will email you and send a WhatsApp message when it is ready.
What details do I need?
Your event details: name, date, venue, time, and a photo if you want one. You type them yourself in the panel, after you place the order.
You add the details. The video is created with that information. We do not edit it by hand.
If you are still missing a detail, you can place the order and finish it later in your panel.
How will I receive my invitation?
You watch and download it in your panel, as an MP4, ready to save and forward to your guests.
The same as the sample video, but with your details.
You also get a WhatsApp message and an email, with the link to your panel.
Can I change the music or the video design?
No. The music, the scenes, and the design are the ones in the sample video. They cannot be changed.
You can only change the text and the photo you enter in your panel.
What if I make a mistake?
You have 3 edits. Open your panel, fix the detail, and generate again. Each time you generate, you use one.
You do not need to message us to fix a name, a date, or the photo.
If you use all 3, you can buy more edits from the same panel.
What if this template is not what I need?
We can create a custom design, with the changes this template does not allow.
Message us on WhatsApp, tell us what you have in mind, and we will tell you how to continue.
